WWII U.S. Navy N-2 Rain Parka Jacket,  contract numer NX SX 38526, contractor Sigmund Eisner Co. Newark, NJ., October 1943. The jacket is stiff from the resin put on it many years ago, and has expectedage related wear. Please see pictures for details
