The Imperial Porcelain Factory was established in 1774. It was supported by the Russian Tsars. In 1925 the factory was given the name of the Russian Academy of Science founder, Mikhail Lomonsov. It is now known as Lomonsov Imperial Porcelain. 
The mark indicates these tea cups and saucers were made between 2002 - 2006.
