Visor is clean.  From a smoke-free & pet-free owner.  All mirror lights illuminate when mirror cover is lifted.  NOTE: visor will not stay in 'closed' position --flush with ceiling -- and sags.  Documented in photo # 7.  Visor fabric shows impression from a garage door opener clip.
