Return & Refund Policy – Australia

Dear Valued Customer,

At Zeina’s Perfume World we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed)
• In the original packaging, with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@zeinaperfumeworld.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping details.

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described (Incorrect), please contact us immediately at sales@zeinaperfumeworld.com.au within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

• Significantly different from the description or sample shown. (Received incorrectly – Human error).
