Cleveland Rockers was a nastion womens basketball association from cleveland that played from 1997-2003. The Rockers were one of the original eight franchises of the WNBA that started in 1997. Gordon Gund, the owner of The Cleveland Rockers, also owned the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers at that time.
