Vintage 1970s Koos van den Akker three piece outfit set. The set includes a lace and sheer chiffon blouse, vintage shirt/jacket, and skirt. 100% coarse linen. There are a few stains, especially on the skirt. The skirt is also missing a clasp closure to fasten the waistline. One stain near on the button line on the jacket. There is also a button missing on the jacket and one missing on the blouse. The blouse has some flyaway threads. See photos for details. Size small. The skirt is a vintage size 10.
