This pillow cover was made from vintage barkcloth - tropical plant theme  - I use a double row of vintage moss fringe in maroon for a thicker trim - my pillow covers are lined and sewn on a industrial upholstery machine so the seams are super strong - I use button backs (usually vintage buttons) since I think they are easier to use - this pillow cover measures 16” x 18” - you could use and 18” square insert - the backing fabric is a antique rose shade of barkcloth  - I recommend down since polyfill inserts eventually clump and even though down requires plumping they last forever
