You are purchasing an: Emmett Kelly Jr. Dock of Bay Clown Fish Limited ED Musical Globe # 1887 - Read

This is a Signature Collection Limited Edition piece 1887/5000 from 1998 as shown on the bottom tag.

The clown's fishing line is broken, but everything else in perfect condition.

It measures about 7" H X 5" W.  IT has the floating sparkles when shaken.

I don't like clowns myself, but this is pretty fascinating.

Note all of the fish & frog detail along its base.
