1980s Victor Costa ball gown with ruffled shoulders and attached waist belt. Underskirt has a ruffled bottom. Shiny taffeta - rayon poly acetate blend. Working rear “Robin” zipper. Hook and eye fastenings on belt and back collar shrug.

Fits like modern S/M

Pre owned, shows light general wear. Probably worn once for an event. Overall excellent dress. No structural flaws of note. A little wear at the back waistband where the belt sits. Light dust and white discoloration near the bottom skirt. Has not been recently dry cleaned but feels crisp and wearable.
