This product has an extended 3 day handling time. It is in stock with our local supplier, and will be sourced upon ordering. It will be shipped within 3 business days after placing your order.

Your parcel will be posted using Australia Post, standard post with tracking (unless another method is selected).

If no safe place is located, the parcel will be taken to your local post office to await collection.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept Australia-wide returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of a remorse return - including but not limited to wrong size, change of mind, ordering the wrong item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a remorse return.

In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. We will assist with further instructions.
