Movie descriptions:

When a robbery in New Orleans ends in disaster, the mercurial burglar Dova (Matt Dillon) escapes with his cohorts to a seedy, nearby bar. Capturing all those inside, the criminals trade barbs with the establishment's feisty bartender Janet Boudreaux (Faye Dunaway). The pub becomes highly volatile, however, when the police encircle it; as it turns out, they were already there surveilling another of the bar's patrons, a suspected illicit arms trafficker named Guy Foucard (Viggo Mortensen).

When wistful introvert Alan Furnace (Jared Harris) meets quick-witted bombshell Beatrice (Asia Argento), he has no idea of her secret life as "B. Monkey" -- the top thief-for-hire in London's criminal underworld. Charmed by Furnace's innocent and chivalrous ways, Beatrice resolves to reform. But to cash in on her first chance at real love, she must escape her former partner in crime, the ruthless Paul Neville (Rupert Everett) -- and a dark past that seems to haunt her every step.

Detective Jack Lucas, a harried, self-hating, Los Angeles police detective races against the clock to clear his name when he's framed for a series of killings committed by a crafty serial killer, who targets him as his latest fall guy.

Video game designer Allegra Geller (Jennifer Jason Leigh) has created a virtual reality game called eXistenZ. After a crazed fan attempts to kill her, Allegra goes on the run with Ted (Jude Law), a young businessman who falls into the role of bodyguard. In an attempt to save her game, Allegra implants into Ted's body the video game pod that carries a damaged copy of eXistenZ. Allegra and Ted engage in a series of experiences that blur the lines between fantasy and reality.

An audacious Dublin crook with a Robin Hood-like philosophy continually eludes the police. However, his most daring crime yet, an art theft from a stately home, looks set to make or break his career. Loosely based on the life of Martin Cahill.

Burnt-out publicist Eli Wurman (Al Pacino) hopes to restore his reputation with a big benefit event. His client, Cary Launer (Ryan O'Neal), who's planning to enter politics, asks Eli to get his former lover, Jilli Hopper (Tea Leoni), out of town before she can ruin his reputation. While looking after Jilli, a drunken Eli witnesses her murder and is unable to decide how to handle it. Wrestling with his conscience, Eli is further unnerved by the arrival of an old flame, Victoria (Kim Basinger).
