Given that Ebay is a large online sales platform and our company represents many companies, this does not allow us to have them all available, as you can see in some listings the packaging and delivery time is around 10/15 days working .

BILLING

For those who wish, the invoice must be requested at the time of payment, indicating the header, VAT number and tax code where different and SDI code.

Delays due to the courier are not attributable to our company but to the same. 

In the event of damage to the package, sign the delivery note with the words: "accepted subject to inspection", specifying clearly the nature of the damage.

Only in this way, after opening the package, in the event that the object is damaged will it be possible to request compensation from the courier, otherwise it will not be possible to receive compensation.

FEEDBACK

Positive feedback is not the only important thing for our shop, filling out the detailed seller rating (the 5 stars) is also very important; not filling in the stars or completing only some items is equivalent to a NEGATIVE rating and 4 stars out of 5 for Ebay represents an INSUFFICIENT rating and as such penalizes us heavily. If you are not fully satisfied, please do not leave neutral or negative feedback, but contact us and together we will find a solution to the problem. USING THE RELEASE OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS A WEAPON FOR BLACKMAIL AND THREATS IS PUNISHABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW. ANY MISBEHAVIOR ON THE PART OF THE CUSTOMER WILL BE PROSECUTED WITH PROCEDURE TERMS.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the returned goods are damaged or not carefully packed in the original wrapping, charging the customer for the cost of the return.
