Vintage Winnie the Pooh brand 4T light blue dress with white polka dots and a large ruffle lined collar. The collar has ladybug buttons and embroidered green mountain like designs. 100% cotton. Made in the U.S.A. In very good condition although there are some white spots on the ladybug buttons.
