This is a very rare find for any stamp collector! A 1931 Russia 15 k gray black stamp with a perforation of 10.5, featuring great centering.
This stamp is certified by Russian Expert Ludger Hovest and is in used and great condition, with no gum and a cancellation type: hand stamped.

The certification was made by Philatelist Expert, Russian Mr. Ludger Hovest. In the certification it reads The brand and stamp are genuine. A very nice numbered stamp on the back is the stamp 20 (Please see pictures in the lower right hand side of stamp), out of 900. Very early print!!!
