A 30 day replacement warranty is included with your purchase. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to offer a refund of 90% of the original purchase price. We do not warranty user damage such as dropping or otherwise damaging the device.
SHIPPING:
All orders placed Mon-Fri will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday. We keep all items listed in stock, we do not drop ship or sell items we do not carry in physical stock.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Items returned with any lock codes (passcodes, iCloud locks, fingerprint locks, google locks, samsung locks) or with modified software on them are subject to a scrap value rate (10% of purchase price). Example: Customer XYZ buys a new or used phone at $200 and adds CyanogenMod to the phone, then returns it within 14 days. The customer will receive a $20 refund. Returns are subject to a 30 day window.
To qualify for our standard returns, the item will be received back in the same condition that it was in when we shipped it to you.
If a phone has been sold for parts only, then we will not accept a return for any reason.
