An impressive pair of solid bronze sconces, possibly Art Nouveau or Italian Renaissance, from around 1900. These are solid, heavy sconces weighing 6 pounds 11 ounces each. You just don't see sconces like this anymore.

Patina is a nice aged bronze, some scratches but overall good condition considering the age. These have heavy brass socket/candle covers and the original Bryant rotary switches. They were rewired at some point.

These are impressive and beautiful sconces with no damage. They are missing a bottom screw on cover as shown in the last photo. Don't know what went here. Possibly a finial or could have been a cover cap. You don't really notice this when the sconces are on the wall as this is on the underside. You could screw in a brass disc. We would have done that and rewired the sconces (and then charged quite a lot more for the pair), but we have too many projects at this time.
