Paine Webber founded 1880, acquired by Swiss Bank UBS in 2000.  Original owner, non smoking environment.  Measures 12" tall x 9" wide.  Great Vintage condition with a few light scratches. Front & back cover has a crease.  Light discoloration on back of portfolio.  Please see photos as part of my description.
