Brakes are 130mm
The AFDs are gone and you will need new pedestals. I believe you can buy new ones and make some minor modifications to them to accommodate these toe pieces.
One of the brakes is slightly askew(in the main picture you can see the heel piece on the left of the photo tilted from this). When not clicked in one side of the brake is lower than the other. Does not affect performance.
