Original Pastel Painting of a Welsh Corgi Dog by Artist Tracey Earl. Size 16"×12" unmounted and unframed.

This artwork of a Corgi was created especially for lovers of this breed of dog. The painting titled: 'Willow' aims to capture a look or an expression that any owner would recognise.

I have used Rembrandt soft pastels on hahnemuhle velour pastel paper for this piece. Pastels are paint in block form and are the oldest form of painting. They will not fade or crack with age like some other types of paint. I use a sand coloured velour surface for all of my paintings. It has a soft textured surface which is ideal for holding pastels and enhances the look of animal fur.

The artwork comes with its own unique Certificate of Authenticity signed by Tracey Earl.

It will be placed in a clip frame to prevent rubbing of the surface during shipping and I recommend leaving it in this until ready for permanent framing. All pastel artwork needs to be framed behind glass.

The painting will be posted via Royal Mail first class recorded within 1 working day.
