Thanks for looking at my listing for the most unusual and very rare wedding ring made in lush rich 9 Carat Gold - Hallmarked in CHESTER, featuring the sword and wheatsheafs of the Chester assay office.

Most of these are either too worn out to use or have sadly been scrapped and melted.

This ring is way too nice to melt down and as you can see is in lovely condition and you can see the hallmark is intact and looks gorgeous. Please buy this to save it from the scrap melting pot!

Before listing, I have had the item professionally and very delicately cleaned by a jewellers who has washed the ring in an ultrasonic cleaner. I have purposely insisted that she does not polish the ring, because i wanted to leave the ring showing all of its' age and patina. It has simply been rubbed with a jewellers cloth to show the beautiful lustre.

Please expect some signs of usage and wear and tear. As many aspects as possible photographed as close up as possible for you to see the beautiful details and examine any wear and tear or scuffs and damage for yourself before buying.

The Jeweller allows me take a photo of the item on his scales, but has said that the scales can be slightly out by 0.1/0.2 grams so please do bear this in mind, it is just a guide to help you choose and buy. There is no stated weight for this listing the photo on the scales is just a guide to help you.

Please expect to see some wear to the hallmark or stamping inside the ring shank as the item is pre-owned and may have been worked on or resized or had repairs or shanks replaced etc at some point in it's life.

Expect small blemishes as item is used and not new. Please examine photos.

This it too nice to scrap in my opinion and I am selling it here much cheaper than it would in a jewellery shop.
