Dispatch time:
My dispatch time is 3 working days - if you need an item more rapidly please request BEFORE purchase. I am always happy to oblige if I'm able to.
Returns:
I'm happy to receive returns of faulty items or items that are not as described.
Delivery Service:
Delivery is with the service noted, usually either Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (untracked service) for smaller items OR Yodel (fully tracked service) for larger items.
If you would like your item(s) sent with another service I'm very happy to do so; please message me BEFORE PURCHASE and I will advise if there is an additional cost.
