  Everything is stored in a pet free, smoke free home.  Any product that is DOA or doesn't work as described, I always cover the return shipping for you.  Buy from a trusted, 20 year ebay seller with 100% positive feedback.  I do offer returns, especially if something is defective or not working.  But please understand that returns cost money, and shipping has gotten expensive.  All items ship same or next day depending on ordering time.    Thanks!
