Vintage 1950's? Japanned travel water colours tin with thumb ring

It's quite heavy and is  fitted with 15 x half, mixed brand pans

The brands are, Winsor & Newton, Roberson London & Reeves, 

The tin measures approx. 14.5cms x 5cms x 2cms
