If your tent has problems with the package when you receive it, please do not reject it.
If the tent itself has quality problems, we will send you a brand new one as a replacement. And the parts on the tent can be reused.
If you refuse to accept, the tent will be directly destroyed after being returned to the warehouse (we have no right to refuse), which will cause a huge waste.
Based on the concept of environmental protection, we hope that after you receive the tent, if you check the tent itself has any quality problems, please contact us directly. We will handle it properly for you.
