Material is Italian 'Cotonifico Albini' Cotton - probably the nicest under the hand that I've felt in a casual button-up shirt. 

Gorgeous deep blue colour that shows some nice depth.

Very slim fit, and measurements are on the nose. Has a very light stretch, but assume you'll need to be right on (or slightly under) the stated measurements. 

Has been in storage, so may be slightly dusty - but has not been worn!

Grab a crazy bargain - wouldn't be selling it if it fit!
