Vintage Jandd Under Seat Bicycle pack.  It's in good used condition.  This one is big 12 inches long X 6.5 inches wide with a reflector on the back.  It's not your standard size under seat pack.  Made in the USA !  Very unique pack probably the only one on eBay.  There's a zipper on it to make it bigger on the bottom.  I'm selling it because I don't use it.  Please, contact me with any questions.  Thank Ryan
