De la misma manera, los recambios de electrónica (pantallas de móviles, flex de conexión, puertos USB, lectores de tarjetas, etc.) carecen de garantía, puesto que son recambios susceptibles de averiarse al ser instalados en un equipo averiado, y están sujetos a un proceso propio de devolución y cambio explicado más abajo en este mismo epígrafe. Durante el tiempo que el consumidor se vea privado del producto se suspende el cómputo del plazo de la garantía. Es decir, si por ejemplo la reparación de un objeto dura 15 días, el plazo de garantía terminará 15 días después de lo originalmente previsto.
DEVOLUCIONES
El cliente tiene derecho a desistir de la compra dentro de los 14 días naturales posteriores al día en que él, o un tercero por él indicado, distinto del transportista, recibió el producto. Para cumplir con este plazo de desistimiento basta con que la comunicación relativa al ejercicio de este derecho sea enviada antes de que venza el período de tiempo indicado. El producto debe de estar en perfecto estado y sin evidencias de uso y el cliente debe de asumir los gastos de envío (10€).
