The sofa is approx 18 years old and the fabric shows signs of compression/wear from use and exposure to sunlight. There are no rips or tears in the fabric.
The chrome finish underneath the feet is peeling away in areas (see photos) but can be refinished if desired.
The scatter cushions shown have been added at a later date by the previous owner.
