I've been hanging on to this for a while and decided to sell it, I don't have the manual for it but you can get that online, everything should be in working order.  You get the mainboard, no backplate, and the CPU, i7-920, there is no memory included. I recently found the OEM heatsink and added that in as well, took new pictures to show it and of the serial number on the board as well.
