Clock is wound but the fly wheel will not continually turn to keep the hands moving. Hands currently not turning however, I took this into the clock shop and was told that it would just have to be cleaned as the flywheel is likely dirty and sticking and will not keep the hands moving. 

Beautiful clock for display or to fix and use. It has a beautiful sounding bell when the hands hit it. 

Key is included.
