Offered is a nice Waltham Wristwatch that is in need of service it will run intermittently then stop. The balance swings smoothly without any looseness that you normally would see with a broken pivot. The crystal is clear showing a clean dial though you can see some hairline cracks on it. The straight blued hands are nice. The stem and crown are serviceable, the crown shows normal wear and tear. The bottom lug can be folded into the case and worn as a pendant… it is attached to the case with a hinge. Worn with the band it fits comfortably on my wife’s 6 3/4” wrist. The case is obviously gold but the question remains gold filled, plated or solid… my tester read it at 14k! I could not find any gold reference to the Waltham case mark. The Pat. May 11 1915 refers to the lower folding lug, which allows this to be worn as a wrist or pendant watch.

We are selling this watch as is as described and pictured… please ask questions before bidding… Thank you!
