Db Piccolo 6-Key Jean Louis - France 


"The Db Piccolo" which was played in the bands some 100 years ago. Db piccolo is a reproduction after Jean-Louis Tulou - France from 1840. It's ideal for playing solo such as "Stars and Stripes Forever". Its like the C piccolo except transposed up one half-step.

This model features 6 finger holes and 6 gold keys, a tuning-slide head-joint which can by pulled out. It has an oval embouchure hole, tuned in the key of 'Db' (D-flat) with a standard pitch of A=440Hz.

Indian Cocobolo wood adds warmth and depth, the natural grain pattern adds stunning visual appeal. Its friendly nature that resists cracking even in extreme weather conditions or if accidentally dropped. The wood ends are protected by imitation Ivory rings to provide a classic touch that replicates the timeless elegance of genuine Ivory.

The package includes a wooden case, extra set of key pads and a cleaning cloth.
