lovely figural elephant lion anglo indian burmese? silver cane or parasol handle

 A beautiful and very collectable  late 19th century Anglo Indian ( or possibly burmese?) silver cane/parasol handle. Length of silverwork is approx 3.5 inches, pommel approx 1.5 inches wide. 
The figural work is lovely with elephant, lion decoration.  There is also an armorial/monogram to the pommel.   
In good  antique  condition.  Please see photos  Wear consistent with age. Handle only with top part of cane.
