This 2024 Vespa Hot wheel is a very odd find. It has three wheels, two in front and one in the back. It’s obviously a factory defect and how it got out this way is a mystery. I do not know much about defective hot wheels or what they are worth. I am putting a high price on it but really looking for offers. If there is any info you can give me that would be great.
