Zip G4 HydroTap ZT402 91290 0.2 Micron Genuine Water Filter
A micron filter for the G4 Zip HydroTap. This advanced and practical filtration system filters at 0.2 microns, rather than sub-microns. This eliminates taste, odour, lead and impurities in the water. A filter change warning light on the Hydrotap G4 flashes to show when a filter change is due. Filter replacement at least once each 12 months is recommended.
For drinking water, boiling water and chilled water applications.
The Zip 91290 water filter reduces:
Bacterial growth.Chlorine taste and odour.Sediment and particulates down to 0.2 micron (nominal).Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst & Giardia.Lead. Limescale.
Independently tested and certified to NSF 42 and 53 standards. WRAS approved.
Also meets the standards of; AS/NZS 3497, WM-035000, AS/NZS 4348
PLEASE READ, IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Warnings:
DO NOT INSTALL:-
1) if water pressure exceeds 120 psi. If water pressure exceeds 100
psi (700 kPa), you MUST install a pressure reducing valve.
2) on a hot water supply.
3) filters in systems where
ambient temperatures may go above 100°F (40°C) or below 40°F (4.4°C). Protect from
freezing by removing filter cartridge where temperatures drops below
40°F.
4)install where water hammer conditions may occur. If water hammer conditions do exist you MUST install a water hammer arrester.
Where a backflow prevention device has been installed on a water system, a device for controlling pressure due to thermal expansion must also be installed.
