Warranty & Feedback Information

Units are backed with a limited 30-day warranty. Returns and refunds are only accepted, if:

• Units have not been modified in any way
• Units are significantly not as described
• Units are significantly damaged via transit.

Parts/components missing during returns, and/or permanent user damage from negligence or modifications will void this warranty. Buyer is responsible for the functionality of any additional/third-party software installed on these units, and is not covered under the warranty.

Please remember to leave positive, five-star feedback! Please do not open a case, or leave negative/neutral feedback without contacting me; We can try to resolve the issue, first! Feedback will only be left after customer leaves positive feedback. This is so I will know the customer satisfied with the item.

Immediate payment is required with Buy-It-Now, or automatically accepted offers. For manually accepted best offers, or auction winners, payment is required within 48-hours of auction end. If you are unable to pay for the item within that time frame, please contact me for payment arrangements before bidding, or sending your best offer.
