Softwood Timber Weather Bar Designed With Weather Protection For All Your Wooden Doors. Our Weather Bar is manufactured from quality Pine Softwood timber and will provide well needed protection from the weather for external doors in exposed locations. Use correctly then this little wonder can add years of life to your door and also acts a nice finishing feature.   

Our Weather Bar can be fitted to most exterior doors, and is supplied in a length of your choice then can be easily cut to size you require, the other dimension are Approx. 55mmx45mm. This design is fully reversible, with the advancements of fixing solutions it is extremely easy to fit, many tradesman who fix it will use a great quality Gripfill, No nails, Stick like Sh*t or any good instant grab adhesive, saving time money and the risk of splitting, damaging or marking the door or bar. However the screw and fix method is used by many and this is fine method you have the choice of either.

We supply our Weather Bar unfinished meaning you can use what every you like to finish it, whether this be Paint, Stain, Varnish, Wax or Oil, we recommend using a good quality product, even though this is a durable hardwearing and tough material it performs a whole lot better when treated and sealed.  

The image you see is a piece taken from stock at random, as it is pine you will find that it has knots some small and some larger these are ok and are part of the characteristics of Pine Timber. You can see a small one on some of the images.   Please bare in mind the picture is an example our stock, however the colour, shades and knots will vary from piece to piece sadly this can not be avoided as it is a natural product so please do not be alarmed if what you receive is a slightly different look to the one in the picture.

PLEASE  NOTE:  Timber is a natural product and is hydroscophic. Throughout its life it will hold and release moisture. This can cause cupping, warping and movement with all our products. With our best efforts we store all products in an environment to prevent this occurrence. However the thinner the product the high possibility of Warping. Please bare in mind that all our sizes are approx. and may vary by up to +/- 4mm due to the width of the saw blade, shrinkage and other factors, this does not normally make a difference but please check with us if the exact size is critical.

Due To size and weight of the products we try our best to ensure safe arrive so all our parcels are Fully Or Partly shrink wrapped  However on the odd occasion they still managed to damage the products, so if this is the case and it is not usable then please contact us and take pictures of the damage with the packaging still on if possible, then we will sort a replacement and make a claim against the courier.

Please note we do offer returns, however unless damage or faulty the return postage and cot will be your responsibility, in most if not all cases we can resolve any issue you have, so please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case.
