VCR Cycles is delighted to bring to the market this very well preserved 2007 Trek Alpha 3500 SLR series 6 Cross country All terrain bike.

Marketed as a Cross Country bike rather than a Mountain bike. It’s got softer, adjustable front suspension and less chunky/knobbly tyres so it’s an ideal bike for those who prefer the canal towpaths and crossing the odd muddy field rather than flying down a mountain at speed.

A well equipped bike with Shimano Deore 27 speed transmission and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes.

The rest of the kit is mainly good quality Bontrager as most Trek bikes are.

It’s in remarkably good condition for a 2007 model and definitely a future classic.

No dents, bad scrapes or oxidation bubbles anywhere!

Brand New Michelin cross country tyres just fitted prior to sale.

Everything works spot on and nothing is in need of replacing. It looks like it’s covered very few miles in its time and has been stored out of the great British weather.

A Google search for the model will show its spec etc. This example appears to be all original apart from the upgraded Viscount Cyclone Titanium rail saddle and ofcourse the New Michelin tyres.

Apart from a little heel rub on the crank arms, the bike is pretty much mint.!
