Description: A superb English Antique Victorian solid sterling silver chalice which comes in the gothic style having a circular bellied shaped bowl that is beautifully engraved with foliate borders with latin inscriptions and stands on a hexagon shaped stepped spreading base which is engraved with patterns with an engraved cartouche with initials. The interior of the bowl is beautifully gold gilded. A stunning example which is of an excellent thick gauge of solid sterling silver and weighs 86 grams. Would make an excellent fine addition to anyones collection or is ready to be used for its purpose it was made for. A stunning example in lovely clean condition.

Measurements: Height 9.6 cm, diameter across base 5.2 cm and top 5.4 cm

Condition report: The exterior is in excellent clean condition with no nasty dents, dings, holes, splits or repairs. The top and bottom rims are not out of shape and stands perfectly well on display with no wobble. The interior of the bowl is gold gilded which is in excellent condition for its age. The hallmarks to the exterior of the body are all in excellent condition with no wear issues. The engraved decoration and patterns are all in lovely clean condition with no wear from use or polishing. A stunning example in such excellent clean condition which is ready to be added to your collection or to be used. A stunning Victorian example.

We will do combined postage for multiple purchases where possible. Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for can be used as its under £250 insurance. 

Import charges
