This is for a Fiesta, 'Periwinkle Blue' Coffee / Tea Cup Saucer, Fiestaware, No Cup.  It is in great condition, no chips or cracks, but may have some slight mar marks or surface scratches from display and storage. Sorry no original packaging. Left over stock. It was made from 1989-2006. The Saucer measures about 6" across.
