Clean, almost no sign of aging or yellowing. Signs of use, damage near mounting point(hole to hang calendar) on all pages. No writing or water damage. Missing June, binding has damage near top. Bottom of December has minor tears. Has crease going down the middle of all pages. Black Boxes are there to keep eBay happy.
