Invoicing

Ordered items, whose receipt of payment was booked by us until 14:00pm (Monday to Friday), will be packed and shipped by us on the same working day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days. In case of unexpected delays in our shipping processing, we would inform you.

Please understand that we have to rely on the service of third parties for shipping. In some cases, delivery delays may occur that exceed the usual delivery times. This is not in our hands. We guarantee that we will deliver your ordered items to the shipping company as soon as possible and within the promised period of time.

For delivery we use the service of DHL and DEUTSCHEN POST.

Most of our products are shipped free of charge. Please see all details about shipping costs, the respective eBay auction.

When shipping several items, shipping discounts can usually be granted, these are also visible in the auctions on Ebay before purchasing.

Of course, you can make use of your 1-month right of withdrawal. We ask you to return your shipment promptly together with your Ebay data and Ebay names sufficiently franked. Your payment will be refunded immediately after receipt and inspection of the goods.

If you have returned your goods to us without a return notification on eBay, we will open a clarification case for the credit and thus refund your money directly. Please confirm this sewage treatment case to end the case.

If it is a wrong delivery or damaged goods, we would ask you to contact us with photos via the Ebay messages. We'll discuss the next steps together.
