Selling Intel Core i7-11700KF CPU - LGA1200
11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 Processors

defective CPU? 
PC starts normal and goes to Bios menu no problem, works in Bios menu or works with 3 or 5 cores but it does not allow me to go to windows or install windows, it get error(error code) or blue screen or fryze everytime you try to go to windows or install windows, some time goes to installation menu than suddenly fryze again.

Its defect cpu, I'm not sure if there is solution for it.
