WWII era flexible hardcover booklet is in good condition. Some obvious signs of use, scuffs, smudges, and discoloration due to age. Also, it appears that some stamps were applied and then removed on several pages leaving some peeled areas. The residual glue also caused some of the pages to stick together and when pulled apart, this also left some peeled areas. The last page is detached and has adhered to the inside back cover. Only one used stamp remains on one of the pages. One 3 cent stamp is glued to the inside front cover. Measures 9 5/8" x 6 1/2". Please look at the pictures carefully; they are part of the description.
