Marmot Phase 30 850 Down Sleeping Bag Long Left

I recently acquired this bag and was told it is new. There are no signs of use, the bag is clean, odor free, and has no wear anywhere. But since I don't know the history, I listed it as used.

This is a high-quality bag, comparable to an equivalent rated Western Mountaineering or Feathered Friends bag.

My experience with the Marmot Phase line has been that the zippers are balky when new. With use, the zipper becomes smooth. So before first use of a bag, I run the zipper through its full travel about a dozen times, thus "breaking in" the zipper.

This bag is a long, and thus has about 2 more inches of girth than a regular. My experience has been that in this line of bags, a long will fit up to a 6'-6" tall person. The extra girth is good for a stout person, or someone who likes a little extra room. Or someone who wants to put extra clothing (and maybe boots) inside the bag to avoid having to put on cold clothing and footwear in the morning.
