Owens 1977 Pol-O-Craft USA - Hand Crafted 3D Nail Art Bouquet on an Oval Black Wood Plaque, Measures 11 3/4" tall x 5 5/8" wide x 2 3/4" deep.  Created by pounding nails into the board at different levels and Painting the nail heads forming this gorgeous and unique Wall Art.  Complete with an Ornate Metal Hanging Loop at Top.  This Piece is Stamped on Back by Pauline A. Owens and Dated 1977.  In EXCELLENT CONDITION with No Cracks or Chips to the Wood Plaque, The Multicolored Painted Nails are in Great Shape and Perfectly Depict a Trailing Bouquet of Flowers in a White Vase.  There Once was a Bow on the Front of the Vase but it Dried and Cracked Over Years of Storage and Can Easily Be Replaced with Your Own Bow.
