Regular collar. 

Button fastening (missing one of the removable buttons). 

Single buttoned cuffs (one of the cuffs is also missing a removable button). 

Belted waist (missing buckle). 

Apualtes to each shoulder. 

Two chest height covered pockets. 

Condition: please see photographs for an accurate description of condition. The blouse is pretty thrashed - as well as the missing buttons it does show signs of wear throughout and to the cuff openings.
