The turbine motor is five years old, whilst the spark generator and electrodes are four years old.

It's likely the gas valve is older but I have only been at the property concerned five years.

I can say it's required no adjustment to kept the gas/air mixture within the norms.

These parts should, you'll know, only be fitted by a qualified gas engineer.
