This wardrobe is really elegant.  It is made entirely of oak.

  I was attracted to it in the Oak Furnitureland collection because it is very simple.  It has a Danish feel with its elegant recesses for opening the doors and drawer - I don't like heavy furniture and this has the fresh, clean aesthetic I was after.  Although it is large this helps to keep it from overpowering.

I need to sell it because we have moved to a small cottage and it is just too big for the bedroom.

The oak panels are thick and excellent quality.  The finish is a pleasing, soft, natural wax or oil I think - it isn't varnished & shiny at any rate.

The wardrobe needs assembling.  The lower base with the drawer in it comes as one pre made unit while the upper hanging section is made of 5 panels that need assembling using an Allen key and Philips head woodscrew.  All of these are supplied along with appropriate Allen key.

Collection only in person.  You'll probably need a small van though an estate car might do it.  The mast unwieldy aspect is the door panel whoch measures 1510mm x 980mm.  It will need to be transported flat ideally, ad the doors are heavy and the wooden frame holding them is vulnerable to twisting.  Once it is all assembled it is perfectly strong but care mist be taken in transit.
