Very cute, soft Girls Jumper from Vineyard Vines. Size L (14). I think it would be more suitable for a 12 year old, it is too small for my 5'5" 14 year old.
Pull on jumper, tie on the front with a loop through which to pull the ties. Two front pockets. Blue, white and teal stripes. Can be worn off the shoulder as well, has an elastic neckline.
